At Nickelback Official, we want you to love your rock-inspired fashion, but if you're not satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags remain attached and items are in their original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, ensuring the merchandise is protected during transit.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
